WIND MITIGATIONS
The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) describes Wind Mitigation as “the implementation of certain building techniques in order to limit damage caused by intense wind.” Florida law requires insurance companies to offer these savings through the “Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form” which can be performed by a licensed & certified home inspector. Photos are to accompany this report as well.
