​If you live in Florida and own a home, you can understand the current state of homeowner’s insurance and how cumbersome the process can be. I’ve known Melody and Tom for many years, and I immediately thought of them and Home Sweet Home Inspection Services, as I began the insurance renewal process and requirements needed on the home inspection side. I was able to reach out to Melody, and with short notice, was able to schedule my inspections within a week or two. Full disclosure, it was also a chance to catch up with a dear friend.
 
The Inspector, Chad, was friendly and explained every step of the inspection process. He was presentable, respectful, and most importantly, knowledgeable with the process. He made sure no questions were left unanswered and the report was completed, reviewed, and forwarded to me by the end of the day.
