Thomas Wells, Inspector and Managing Member, is originally from upstate NY and his experience in the industry includes over 25 years in the residential remodeling and new construction field. Tom's knowledge of the inspection process includes extensive training through InterNachi, PHII, AHIT, and completing the National Home Inspector Examination. He continues with ongoing training through InterNachi and adhering to their Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Being fully licensed and insured throughout the state of Florida (HI7687) will give you peace of mind.
Melody Wells, Business Manager and Managing Member, is originally from Western PA and her experience in the construction industry brings 10 years as a Journeyman Carpenter with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Melody's background also includes extensive knowledge in various capacities of business management.
Their combined families include 7 children and 4 grandchildren all of whom are very important to us.
